When we create a Phone Call activity for an existing contact, on the Phone Call form the field "phonenumber" is filled in automaticaly with the field "telephone1" from the contact entity.
Is there a possibility to fill in this field with "telephone2" instead of "telephone1" in an easy way?
The reason why is because telephone1 is the business phone, while we need the home phone.
We use CRM 2016 on premise.
