Modify Actual close date in Opportunity

Hello to everyone,

I have the next problem:

In an "Opportunity", in the last step of a BPF the user can modify the field "Actual close date" (that date could be the current day or another day):

Morevore, I have a workflow where, if the field "Status" is equal to "Won" and the "Actual Close Date" does not contain data, it has to fill this field with the field "Modified on":

Nevertheless, when I change one opportunity to "Won", the field "Actual Close Date" always is the current day (even thoughed it contained data)

Is possible to do that if "Actual Close Date" contains data, that it does'nt change?

Hi E.B.A.,

Do you mean that your workflow would be executed and update the Actual Close Date in the Opportunity even if that field has data?

You workflow's setting is correct. The update step shouldn't not be executed. Can you tell us which type of workflow you create, real time or background?
