    Yes, absolutely.

Once you setup a trial. In the Admin Center, look for Purchase Services under Subscriptions

You can find Office 365 Enterprise E3 Trial or Microsoft 365 E3, either will do. It has Exchange services in the same

Once you Start a 30-day free trial for the same, you'll be able to assign that License to the users you want to enable the mailbox for.

After assigning the license, the Mailbox is provisioned withing 30 mins.

After that, you can go to https://outlook.office365.com/ from that user's credentials whose mailbox you want to access.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Shakti,

Are you on D365 Online v9?

Make sure you are using the latest D365 For Outlook client - www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx (It should be 32/64 bit based on the version of your Outlook installed.)

You can refer my blog for the same - dynamicscrmclub.wordpress.com/.../dynamics-365-for-outlook

Also, once everything is setup, the users needs to reenter credentials and authenticate again to D365 from Outlook client.

    Hope this helps.
