PTE Timesheet Dynamics GP 2013 R2

Posted on by 245

Hi,

We are running Dynamics GP 2013 R2 and wants to transition from Business Portal to PTE Timesheet before we upgrade to Dynamics GP 2013.

I am able to create a limited user and assign the user to the Employee Additional Information window however; I can't find the PTE Timesheet Setup window. Also the ESS PTE Employee security role was never created.

Is there a patch that I need to install or a separate installation for PTE Timesheet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,

Lori

Lori.. You have to set up the Workflow under Tools | Set up | Company | Workflow | Workflow Maintenance and choose project >> Timesheet Entry.

Once you do that, You can submit the timesheet under Project | transactions | time and expense, and can approve it from the Project Tab | Navigation list | PTE Timesheets.

    And to create roles..see below..
