Hi All,

Can anyone help me in procedure to follow while installing 2 AOS on 2 different servers pointing same SQL DB, should i install client component at the end??

You can do it if you want to create a clustered AOS. It's nothing complicated, nevertheless if you need details, consult the Dynamics AX 2012 Installation guide. If you're not familiar with installing AX, you definitely should read it.

You'll need a client to connect to AOS, regardless of whether you have one or two AOS servers.

Hi, do you know if it has to be a part of a cluster? Can't they be 2 individual servers? Does it even matter? Thanks.

They must be in the same Active Directory domain forest, with the lowest network latency (preferably a top of the rack switch to SQL servers), and that is it. Clustering could mean many things, you should clarify what you have meant.

How you would like to distribute client connections between them is a different story, for which you may refer to the documentation.
