Hello guys, I notice that on my CRM 8.1 instance I don't have all options in my admin panel center.

On 8.1 I have these:

And on 8.2 (aka dynamics 365) I have these:

8.2.png

I am looking for adding the last submenu, "Mangage the CRM instance", but I have no idea... Actually I am looking for reset my portal.

Something changed: i.imgur.com/Ym6Msrj.png I am not really able to say what, but the documentation is not more in "pre-built version"

Really interesting... do you have some translations issues too ? when you perform some operations on your portal with this interface ?

I've checked in one of my new environments, and I have the same options as you have in the top picture. There's no option to reset the instance.

Are you looking to reset your CRM instance or your portal addon instance.

If you are looking for the first, got to portal.office.com/adminportal and in the bottom left, click on admin centers and then Dynamics 365.
