Hello friends,

In the company we have Navision 5, we have a server and a database that is in a SAN with .fdb files. The problem we have is that from one moment to another customers connect but does not load anything. is I select the server where it will connect, it connects tells me connecting and opening database but does not load anything on the screen. Could you help me to see what the problem is.

Its hard to find the solution, as Microsoft also stopped the support a long back, After loading the DB, did you try to Open the company by Pressing Ctrl+O or by going to the file > Database> Company

Are you able to connect to the db from Microsoft SQL Management studio so you can check if the database is ok?
