Sync mobile phone calls and contacts on Dynamics 365 Sales

Hello,
I must be able to perform the following activities:

  • Ability to automatically synchronize contacts from my smartphone address book on Dynamics 365 Sales;
  • Users can make and receive calls from their smartphone’s native dialer and automatically insert a "Phone Call" record in Dynamics 365 Sales (keeping the current telephone operator). 
  • Ability to select whether incoming calls ring the native dialer or the dialer app.

It's possible?

    Hi EA95,

    1.It's possible to sync your contacts with your phone through Outlook, but the reverse is not recommended, because adding everyone's smartphone address book to the CRM is a disastrous event.

    2.Most telephony integration applications can do this, depending on your additional requirements (such as point 3).

    Could you suggest me some phone applications that can automatically insert a "phone call" record on the CRM?  

    Which also comply with point 3.
