Drop down boxes on field service app not responding

Morning

I have installed the new App for Dynamics 365 field service on My Microsoft Tablet Surface Go.

The Drop down fields on any of the forms dont expand when selected. Any help please?

    Hi,

    Given that this is a problem that occurs on a specific device, it is recommended to raise a support ticket to MS for further help.

    This is a known issue/bug.  Microsoft is aware of it and is working on it .

    Remember, the app is in still in preview, so it's not full GA yet.  Microsoft has indicated it will be fixed soon, but I do not have a timeframe.  My suggestion is to look for updates, or go ahead and log a support ticket so Support can advise you when the fix is available.
