Missing Form in account entity after published

Hi guys,

I created a solution and add a "new form" in side the account entity.

After I published it. I cannot find the option at the front page.

As the following image, the left image is my customized page shows I already created the form.

The middle page is mine page, with no option for the new account's form.

And the right page is the one that the tutorial shows(a account list for you to choose which form you need)

Did anyone face the same problem as mine?

Thanks

    Hi Florida,

As Wahaj said, you can add more forms of one entity in the app designer page, then you can select more form options in the form page.

But if you just select one form for the entity, no option can select in the form, it will display default form (you select).

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

You need to include the new form in the App.

    Follow these steps:

    • Go to Advanced Settings -> Application -> Apps.
    • Open the the App in designer (for example Sales Hub)

    • In Entity View -> Account, click on Forms.

    • From the right hand side Components (assets), select the new form.

    • Click on Save, Validate and Publish.

Now you should see the new form.

Please note, any custom components you add (Entities, Forms, Business Process Flows etc.), you need to include these in your App.

    Here are the official docs:

Add or edit app components with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) | Microsoft Docs
