There is a new feature released in 2024 W1 called E-document. Can someone tell me what is the format for the E-document and whether the E-document can be manually created? The reason behind is that some of our smaller customers will be very slow to catch up to use Peppol format einvoice and would prefer to send pdf invoices to their customers. We have build a Power Automate workflow to automatically digitalize the pdf invoice using AI Build, parse the invoice into relevant data for Purchase Invoice creation. It would be good instead to convert it to E-document and subsequently use CoPilot to reconcile the original PO to the Purchase Invoice created. Would appreciate any input and help.

    Thank you for your reply. I have seen the doc and the video prior to my asking the question. They did not mention how to create a new E-document manually. It has to be setup to receive the PEPPOL format document and as an E-document. This is what I understand.
