Ribbon does not get reflected after importing unmanaged solution.

Today,I faced a weird problem on CRM 2013,I added a new custom ribbon button using RibbonWorkbench but when exported the unmanaged solution and imported on another organisation,button was not there.I checked out the xml before importing,button was there but after importing,xml for new custom button disappeared automatically(I checked xml exporting the same solution).I don't what is happening?

Can anyone help me out with this behaviour?

    Hello,

    Just try to publish your customization once again, and also try to run iisreset if you are using on premise deployment.

    Also just make sure there is not logic there which is hiding or disabling your button (disabled button won't be displayed).

    Sometimes the commands are not published correctly and so the buttons will not show up. As already said - try publishing again - or wait 1 hr for the cache to automatically time out.

    Thanks Scott.Can you let me explore what is the relation between cache  and command bar?Why is it set to 1 hour?Can I change this timeout?Is it browser specific?

    The cache should normally be automatically cleared by the AsyncServer after publishing, but if the Async Server is busy or off line for somereason temporarily the cache is not cleared. The 1 hour timeout shouldn't be problem if this works.

    Thanks Scott but the caching thing didn't work.

    This ribbon is a known issue from microsoft which will be fixed UR3
