Export Event Form Responses

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a way to quickly export the answers to an event form.

Currently, when we export directly from the form we get this type of format:

pastedimage1633008027331v1.png

This format is not very easy to use for our employees. What is the best way for you to obtain an export that looks more like this:

pastedimage1633008374944v2.png

for the moment we have to do:
1. Separation in columns
2. Rename the columns
3. Delete in each field the first part which is the name of the field

Many thanks for your help

We tried to do it but it doesn't seem possible and this file is unusable.

For exemple, in our form, we added the possibility to subscribe to two lists of subscriptions.

Depending on the answers, the values are added or not in the cell.

If the contact subscribed to one of those we see in the cell : "Subscribed to XXX: True, ..."

of he subscribed to both we see "Subscribed to XXX: True, Subscribed to YYY: True, ... "

This generates an offset using the text to columns function.

It would be better to use another type of display. If the respondent has not registered, we should add: "Subscribed to XXX: False, ".

And when there is no answer to a question, "Question: None, "

    Hi,

Yes, it cannot be done with Marketing only.

Another way to achieve that is to use Power Automate to connect Excel and Dynamics.

    Hi Nya,

So there is no way to adapt the original file from dynamics Marketing? Or work with a report to work around this?

    Hi,

It is recommended to seek such help from Excel.

For example, here are two different solutions which you can refer to:

Split text into different columns with the Convert Text to Columns Wizard (microsoft.com)

Split text into different columns with functions (microsoft.com)
