Hi,
Is there a way to create custom workflows in Dynamics Talent. If there is please could someone provide some guidance or links to relevant documentation. Additionally we've found it quite difficult to develop against Talent so any docs around this would be greatly appreciated.

Good to hear that you found a solution!
If your Core environment is startet in the last month, you should send in a request to Microsoft to update your environment to CDS for apps (2.0), you can do that here; community.dynamics.com/.../297258
A lot has happened with the possibility to connecnt to Talent in the October release; docs.microsoft.com/.../planned-features and far as I understand a lot more is coming!

Thanks for the above. It appears you can customise existing workflow types but you can't actually create new workflow types. We have now linked Talent to the common data service using Flow to create the workflows. Although it's a little more complex (just understanding the logic) we can now create custom workflows. It also appears that the flow elements are still in preview so maybe this is something Microsoft are pushing towards?

PS; It says FinOps, but it also works in Talent.
