Partial Failure Error During Data Update(city Lookup Field) into Contact Entity using excel Import

Hi,

I am facing the issue related partial failure during the data update in the contact entity using excel import, In the Partial Failure section I am only able to see the two columns one is "Full Name" and Another is "Business Phone". While I am only want to update the "city" column(Lookup Field) and my sheet only contains this "city" column then, why its showing me these two(Full name and Business Phone) columns in the partial failure section.

    Hi Himanshu,

    The records under Partial Failure tab are displayed through Advanced Find View, which is why it only has "Full Name" and "Business Phone" columns.

    It has nothing to do with the columns in the imported file.

    You should pay attention to the Description under the Failures tab, because it prompts you why the import failed.
