Hi,

I have three environments -

Live
UAT
DEV

The new feature / change where it reads Outbound Marketing and Real time marketing only appears in two of them (Live and Dev)

Would there be any reason why this is not displaying in my UAT environment??

Hi Steve,

I've checked the Database version and there all Server Version 9.2.22063.00184 and Client version 1.4.4422-2206.3

Hi,

I can see why now.

Live and Dev are the same version

UAT is an older version and shown an error ' Installation includes solutions but not the services'

Where would I be able to see this and run it

You would need to buy a license to add the services to the last environment. It is common to have dev env with no services to develop, and a staging/test environment with services to test before production environment.

These are Solutions only, and they're updated from the power platform admin center -> Environments -> Dev -> Dynamics 365 Apps
