SSRS reporting doesn't work anymore in Resco MobileCRM

We have an option of running SSRS reports in Resco MobileCRM.

But, this functionality seems to be broken since the Dynamics 365 upgrade.

We get below two error depending upon the app we use,

Field Service Dynamics 365 app

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: uriString.

MobileCrm

OAuth required, contact your administrator.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

The Field Service app has been already updated some time ago. Currently the OAuth2 authentication token is used to provide the Run Report command (running SSRS reports on the CRM server and displaying the result in Field Service or Resco Mobile CRM app).

To use this approach, there is a need to provide a consent to use the Mobile CRM app in Azure AD. it can be done by users, one by one, using the OAuth2 mode instead of Standard user mode. MFA does not need to be configured on the server side. [View:https://blog.resco.net/2017/08/17/how-to-utilize-dynamics-365crm-onlines-multi-factor-authentication-in-resco-mobile-crm/:750:50]

Other option is to use the Global admin consent for all users. It is not enough if the user is a CRM admin, it really has to be Global admin of the tenant.

I spoke with Resco. MS changed some of their authentication protocols which is not allowing SSRS reports to run in mobile. Since Resco has updated their own app but Microsoft has yet to implement the change provided by Resco. I received an email last week that it should be fixed soon.
