Oringlly I was using [ https://disco.crm.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc ] to obtain a security token using Org credentials. But this endpoint is no longer valid. I also tried [ https://globaldisco.crm.dynamics.com//XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc ] but getting same error. Any help is appreciated.

You are correct, the discovery service you mentioned is no longer available. The https://globaldisco.crm.dynamics.com should have worked.
