Unable to reach my main Form in Unified Interface new Apps

I create a new app.

I can access grid list but when I double-click on it,  an error message appears.

Form descriptor is null or not defined for entity '<Entity Name>' 

UciError: Form descriptor is null or not defined for entity '<Entity Name>' 

Can you help me to find what doesn't work.

    Yes, it's a security problem, in memory you need to add

    - User Dashboard (read(User)/write(User))

    - User Mapping (Read(Org)/Write(Org))

    - User Chart (Read(user)/Write(user))

    - User Entity Instance Data ((Read(user)/Write(user))

    - User Entity UI Settings (Create(user)/Read(user)/Write(user)

    Yes it could be you haven't added the form to the sitemap or a security issue on the App customise the app select Sitemap check to see the form is there also check the security settings
