Why are campaign responses automatically being closed with a response code of "Not Interested"?

Hello,

I'm using CRM 2011 online. I created a campaign and attached an internet Lead form to it.

All Leads that are generated as a result of filling out the Lead Capture form automatically have closed campaign responses (showing a response code of "not interested") as closed activities within the Lead.

If someone fills out and submits a form - doesn't that show interest? Am I missing something?

can you check system jobs when this happens, see what is running and closing it?
