Hi all
We have a Subscription List that we've just used as the audience for an email to about 1400 contacts. The email was part of a Customer Journey and this has worked as expected. However, the email appears to have only been sent to 1118 of the Contacts. 152 have shown as Bounced (and we'll deal with these) but 139 are showing as Blocked.
This seems a high number to me so I reviewed this further and I can see these are pretty much all showing as Contact Unsubscribed.
They all appear to have been "batched" together and timestamped around the same time to say they have unsubscribed but we know the contacts haven't been into the Subscription Centre to unsubscribe. We can see this from checking a couple of the Contact records and there is no notification of the Contact access the Subscription Centre to unsubscribe nor is there any Marketing Form Interaction.
When I look into the Email Interactions area of a Contact I simply see one Interaction on the Timeline and it states Contact unsubscribed and they are Blocked.
Anyone have any idea why this would happen and how we remedy this issue?
Thanx in advance
Steven
