Terms of Payment set-up in D365 F&O

Hi All,

I faced the issue when setting up the terms of payments.
As my understanding if I config as below the due dates caculated by below logic.

e.g) Invoice date: Feb 1st 2024
By payment method(Current Month) 30 days starts 1st of March which makes due date 30th of Mar. And due to Payment day is 1st day of Month,
I expected due date will be Apr 1st 2024.

Due date I got from system generated is 1st of Mar not 1st of Apr.
Could you guys explain if I'm missing something.

Many Thanks,

Config (Payment method: Current Month / Days 30 / Payment day : Day of month1)

    Hi

You should use Payment method with Net then it will be met your expectation. Because if you are using the Current month, then quantity will be added to the end of the currency month to determine the cash discount date.
