AU/UK/US Localisations in Single Tennant

I need to setup companies with UK and US localisations. I am needing to use local tax functionality. This is in addition to companies in the base tenant using AU Localisation. 

My understanding is that to do this I need to create additional production environments. This in order to apply the localisations to the databases. These production environments need to be purchased. 

I cant seem to find any doco on how additional production environments can be purchased. What is the SKU for additional tenants/production environments.

Is there a better way to do this. What is the best way to approach this.

    Andrew,

    I had someone who needed a US and GB version and we had to subscribe them to 2 instances, one for US and one for GB. You will need your Partner to do this. Here is link that might help.

    Thanks for the heads up. We are a Partner. Sorry I'm a bit slow on understanding this.

    I understand additional instances need to be purchased. What is the licence/app name for this ("D365 Additional Production instance"). I suspect this is much simpler to solve than I am finding.

    No name just create another production instance in the BC admin centre. It’s £500 a month extra for each production environment on top of the original one setup with the purchased licenses.

    Also I believe you need user license per production environment. Had to quote for this kind of scenario in October last year - so forgot to mention that part on my 1st answer
