Print Quotation Formats

Hi,
 
Does anyone know where these formats are located and whether they can be disabled? i.e. only select the required ones to be visible from the drop down?

    Not sure if its a customization. So when you go the quote > and click print quotation thats when I see the option.

    Do you mean Sales and marketing > Sales quotations > All quotations? I don't see any Print quotation button there.
    It'll help if you give us more detailed information.

    The standard system provides only one report per business process, and in some cases a copy of that report. I’ve never seen so many formats for quotations alone.
    Also quotation has two type of documents/reports
    1) SalesQuotation
    2) SalesQuotationConfirmation

    Hi,
    For me, in the standard system, I can print/view the quotation and quotation confirmation, with a single design only. It does not shows me options of multiple report formats:
     
    Are you sure you do not have nay customizations or ISV installed?
     
    Could you do us a favor please: right click on the place/form where you can see these multiple formats and take a screenshot like this.
