Sick Leave setup and deductions

Hello everyone,

Could you help me through this case please:

I want to setup different types of sick leaves depending on the period of sickness as below:

Period of Sickness	Natural Sickness
from 1 to 10 days	100% of the salary
Up to10 days	50% of the salary

How could I relate these percentages with the sickness types ? There no field in standard that allows me to enter the percentage value for the deduction. ( I'm working with D365 FO,(10.0.33 (10.0.1549.38))
