Hello,

A colleague's and my work accounts have been locked on this forum for a month now. How can we unlock them?

    Hi,
     
    A few questions:
    1. Are these D365 F&SCM accounts or Microsoft 365 accounts?
    2. Do these users have a valid D365 F&SCM account(considering their accounts have been locked for a month)?
     
    If yes, user accounts and permissions are controlled in D365 FO through Microsoft Azure Entra IDs. Also, ensure that your Dynamics Lifecycle Services (Application lifecycle services platform) exists for the D365 F&SCM application.
