We have an ADX Portal and once lockout is activated, the contact is unable to sign-in until the Lockout End Date has passed. The Lockout End Date is set to 24 hours since the last failed login. Does anybody know how to change this duration for example from 24 hours to 12 hours?

If you are using Dynamics 365 portal, please go to Dynamics 365 portal->Sit Settings and find or add the following records.
1.Authentication/UserManager/UserLockoutEnabledByDefault
This setting indicates whether the user lockout is enabled when users are created.
2.Authentication/UserManager/DefaultAccountLockoutTimeSpan.
The default amount of time that a user is locked out for after Authentication/UserManager/MaxFailedAccessAttemptsBeforeLockout is reached. Default: 24:00:00 (1 day).
You could change this value to 12.
