For some of session records, even we manually did check-ins, check-in count is still 0. Is there any way to fix this error.

Have you checked the Check-in Type and Session Attended of the Check-in records?
Maybe you can provide the screenshot of the Check-in view.
Hi Nya,
I have checked one of the check-in record by going into edit view. It shows it is session check-in. And the session it is associated with is the same session showing 0 check-in count. I compared the session-id between them. And they are the same. And like I said, some sessions have no issue. But other sessions have issue. We do run many sessions with the same name. But they do have different session-ids. Any other fields do you recommand I should check?
Sorry I cannot reproduce your issue. Even if the session is in Draft status, the check-in count can be calculated normally according to my test.
It seems that nothing is wrong in your screenshot.
It is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.
