Consider below image

It's working in dev server but in production getting error as " Permission denied (password)".

Note: In dev server (old version ) prod ( new version)

It seems your customization is blocking you on this task.

Please ask your Technical team to upgrade the dev machine to Production level and take latest backup to reproduce this scenario in Dev. Only your Technical team can help you on this.

Hi, This looks like a custom form?

If custom then please check with your Developer.

Your Devbox also would be updated same as production, have you replicated the issue in Devbox and tried to debug.
