When I try to delete a user in Frx I get the error message "Invalid Argument or Procedure Call" . Any idea what is wrong with FRx?

I am not sure why you would get that error. A few things to check:
1. Can you create a new user without error?
2. Can you delete the newly created user without error?
3. Does this error occur on every machine? Try testing this directly on the SL Server to see if you get a different result.
4. Run the compact from File | Compact system and spec set database.
Otherwise, I would guess something in the SysData may be damaged or there is an issue with this specific user.
