Hi,

I have one environment, when I open a project form for a project header , in the project hierarchy fast tab I don't see the list of the main project and sub-projects. Is it a setup related item?

Thanks

Sam

It seems it is a customization. Thanks

    Hello Sam,

As David indicated, there seem to be a lot of customizations in the project form.

Have you tried resetting all your usage data and tested the behavior of the form in a different (demo or test) system?

If things behave the same there ask a developer to take a look at this issue.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Looking at the first screenshot I think you either have customizations or a 3rd party solution.  You should not have multiple project tree's or root projects being displayed after creating a subproject.

    Hi,

If I try to create a subproject, then the hierarchy shows up as it appears in screen1. If I close the project form and come back for any header project, the projhierarchy field disappears as it shows in screen 2

    It is strange behavior.

Verify that the project you are looking at has subprojects.  The tree is only displayed for projects which have correctly defined subprojects. The header project checkbox does not affect the rendering of the form.

    Hello Sam,

Can you share a screenprint of how the form looks like and what you see exactly?

Such a behavior does not seem normal. Have you already removed any personalizations for the project form?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
