Authenticating Dynamics 365 on a Localhost Wordpress site

I'm not sure if this is even a thing I can do, but I am trying to test out Marketing forms on a WordPress site that is on a localhost with Wamp. I am not sure how to authenticate ownership though, as everything has to be put into a DNS zone.

Am I missing something, or is this just not possible?
