I know this has probably been asked before by someone for sure.... but I am not 100% sure what the actual outcome is.
Is AX 2009 compatible with Windows Server 2012?
I have seen some comments on different blogs saying that :
1) It is not an officially supported scenario by MS.
2) Some of the components of the AX will not work such as SharePoint etc. , but general AX client should work fine. <-- I am more curious about this statement, how much of this true? Some people have said that they cannot even launch AOS.
