Hi all,
I'm facing an issue that makes it really hard to create accurately designed marketing emails.
Often times when either saving, changing something in the html or even copying elements, in other areas of the email, additional blank rows get inserted in various locations.
For example after a title, after a text etc..
The more often you make changes, the more additional blank rows get inserted in the same areas.
Sidenote: it's not because I use "enter", doesn't matter also with shift+enter.
Example:
This is an email Title
Text Text Text
Button
Turns out after doing some other changes:
This is an email Title
Text Text Text
Button
And indeed, when checking the html, it inserts additional <br> everywhere..
Also, even when copying a section (for example 2 columns with an image and text+button) as soon as I change the text part in the copied section, a blank is between text and button in the preview but not even visible in the editor.
Any help?
Thank you!
Hi SebastianW,
Apologies for the issue caused!
We have fixed the issue as part of the November release. Please update to the latest version.

I can confirm this problem persists. It has made a marketers life extremely gruelling.
Don´t know. I´m still having the same issues, not as much as before but the problem still exists.
Hi Markus, do you know if that was (presumably) resolved? For me, it looks like it's still happening.
Hello,
This is a detected problem on Microsoft end. I raised a ticket on this and there should be a fix coming up on this week (EU area), I hope..
