Create sales price list with 4000+ numbers

Good day,

I would like to create a new sales price list with 4000+ line items, and would need to have different discount percentages for each item. IS there a way of doing this quickly? Or by copying and pasting from EXCEL?

It is possibly to upload from Configuration packages from Excel file.
