In D365 BC, when I am in a page, how could I know this page's ID? And, when I know a page's ID, how could I find this page?

If you are on cloud then you can check in Inspect Page option under Designer in web client.

you can use the page inspector (Ctrl+Alt+F1) to find out the page ID (only in windows browser or dekstop app).
if you only want to look at the page ID, just check your url link. most of the time, there will be page id there.

Is it possible to find page when I know its ID?
You can specify the page ID into your BC url. It will get you directly to that page.
Example is Customer List page 22.
businesscentral.dynamics.com/yourbcidhere?page=22
