When a user try to set personal option in outlook with dynamics 365 , OK and CANCEL button is disabled.
And its happening only for a single user not for everyone.

Yes user has all these access at user level
Hi partner,
Please check the security role of that user.
Within the Security Role, go to the Business Management tab and view the User Settings entity in this list.
The user must have at least User level settings for Create, Read, and Write to be able to edit the personal settings.
So please check if the requirements of the security role are met.
