Hi All,
I want to filter the "add existing" lookup on subgrid which is N:N relationship with some filter criteria on some fields of related entity.
Cna somebody please help me with the code reference?

Can you tell us the reason why you want to use code to do this?
You can just modify your view or create your personal view with that filter criteria. Then just change your view at the lookup to achieve this.
Because related entity has business unit field so I need to filter only those related record which will match current business unit of user with one more filter criteria.
