Hello, when your organization releases a new feature or process in the Dynamics environment, how do you inform and train your users? I'm curious to hear what other people do and hoping to get ideas we can use in our organization. Thank you.

ON of the most common approaches is to have a "training" environment (besides the Dev & test environments), and bring new key users for trainings often. The Test environment is usually used for integration test, black box, etc. While the training allows
- Giving users a sneak peak on upcoming features
- White box testing of new features
