How to disable pop-up about creation of follow-up to-do when sending Sales Quote in NAV2018

When we want to Print of Send a Sales Quote to the customer, NAV2018 always shows a pop-up message saying "Do you want to create a follow-up to-do?" Since we do not want to use these marketing tasks, how can I disable this pop-up so it wil never show again?

I've been looking in the Sales & Receivables setup and Marketing setup but I cannot find a parameter on disabling this pop-up. The Interaction functions are also not configured.

    Hello,

    In the request page of the report, there is an option to disable to create an interaction. Isn't this what you are looking for?

    Hi Marco,

    Thanks for your reply. Although the customer uses a adjusted document, I've installed the default document Sales Quote (report 204) and tested it. Below you will see the request page and if I understand you well, your remark is about the LOG INTERACTION checkbox? If that is the case, this checkbox is not marked but still I get the pop-up mentioned in my initial posting. This box is also disabled on this page.

    Yes, that was indeed the suggestion but it did not resolve it for you. Let me try to reproduce this, I do remember I had that question some time ago via a support request.

    Hello,

    Open Report Selection Sales page (for Quote) and change current record to use Report ID=1304 (instead of 204 which is not the default one).

    Then this no longer happens.
