Dynamics GP 2010 Business Alert Error

I have windows 2003 Server with Dynamics GP 2010 and SQL 2008 R2 (32bit) on same single machine. I try to use an existing Alert but when I click on Test Alert it gives me error: xp_sendmail: failed with mail error 0x80040111"

I have check OUTLOOK (2007) on same machine, it is working fine with default profile and then I have check the SQL MAIL in SQL Server, and it is working fine. Whenever I click on TEST (SQL SERVER AGENT PROPERTIES :: SQL MAIL) it tell me "Successfully started (and stopped) a MAPI session with this profile."

So unable to understand why in GP 2010, while testing an existing (system available alerts) it is giving me above mentioned error. Any help please?
