Modules Needed for Accounting Integration

Hello -- I am an ISV developing a web service-based integration to Dynamics GP (from a non-Microsoft web client). Can you please let me know which GP modules I need to purchase to perform the following functions via a web service (and the underlying accounting in the GP UI)?

I assume the SOAP-based web service handles these types of actions? My impression is that the REST-ful services are not yet available out-of-the-box for all these functions... True?

- Create/Update Customers

- Create/Update Vendors

- Create Customer Invoices

- Create Vendor Invoices

- Retrieve Customer Invoice Balances

- Retrieve Vendor Invoice Balances
