Hi,
The unposted GL distribution of AP batches wont show up in the management reporter. But once you post the AP transaction and when the GL transaction goes to the financial batch(if you not ticked post through GL Setup- Posting-Posting) then it will show up in the MR. In order to unposted you have to select Provisional-Posted & unposted activity or unposted activity only in MR.

Reporter shows only financial transactions both posted and unposted, not sub ledger like AP, AR..,etc. This tool is only fetch the transactions details from Financial modules. Not sub-ledger modules like AP, AR, IV, etc.,,.

Thanks for your reply, I'm confused though are u saying no unposted GL batches show up in management reporter? Management reporter does allow reporting for unposted GL batches before posting, but I haven't seen anything for AP batches.
No. It won't show subledger details like AP, AR,etc.,.
Normally, Management Reporter is used to get the GL data from GP for financial purpose (like auditing reports for TB, BS, P&L., etc). If this include unposted subledger transactions, It will cause your financial report details in MR. So, you can not do this in Management reporter.
Note: Normally GP financial TB, BS, P&L reports also not include unposted/posted GL, not AP, AR,.,,.
