RFQ send email process with email body

Hi, 

I have configured the email template under organization email templates with email message body with HTML format, while sending RFQ I able to get mail with subject and attachment but the no email message in the mail. 

Please help me on this

    I used Print management but it is only subject and file format.How to send email with body?

    Hy Ravi,

    as I know the RFQ process does not support E-Mail templates for the initial sending of request to Vendor.

    On Procurement and sourcing parameters/RfQ you can setup e-Mail templates for Amendments and Cancelation of RfQ.

    Hy,

    the setup of E-Mail template is in Organization Administration, correct.

    You can only assigne E-Mail templates for either Amendments change (which is also a Case process) or the Cancelation of the RfQ. The templates can be assigned in the parameters as I wrote before.

    There is no design to use E-Mail templates automatically for "Send" Process, this would require a customization.

    If you send out the RfQ as E-Mail with print management the RfQ will be attached in the file format you selected. Furthermore the Setup of E-Mail parameters has to be done before.
