Fields not displaying in Bulk Edit

There is a particular field I wish to bulk edit however the field does not show while editing multiple records. The field is purely an option set without any OnChange events and yet that field does now show up while others fields do. We are using CRM 2013. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    I am a complete beginner when it comes to CRM. Where can I check the visibility status for a field? And yes we have multiple forms for this entity (Hopefully I have my terminology correct).

    Thank you very much for you assistance! I think I understand why the field is not visible. I don't plan to make any changes on Prod without consent from all stakeholders. I am really enjoying learning CRM :)

    A lot of the time, the issue is due to the form you are on.  It usually pulls the form you have loaded on the entity, so you can try to change that if there is one with more information.
