Is there a way to export/import a created users data

Is there a way to export/import a created users data from the following areas: users/user setup/user personalizations/employees/teams/warehouse employees and then import the data in different instances of bc16 such as different opcos as opposed to having to type in all the data manually over and over again?

You can use the configuration package and export all the required data and import them to the BC16

in the configuration package i managed to be able to copy/export user setup ( table ID 91), employees (table ID 5128075), teams (table ID 5128077), warehouse employees (table ID 7301) but could not figure out how to do the same for users (2000000120) and user personalizations (2000000073), when I try these last 2 by entering them in the table ID field i get the following error you cannot use system table, so how do i export those 2 then? I am trying to export all these table ID's specifically for 1 single user and then import them into different opcos. I assume after i export the data to excel, i just get rid of all the users i don't need then save file and import the package into other opcos or will this overwrite the systems data and delete all users and only add the 1 i specified?
