Email in batch is not working, only in one AOS

I have two AOS, AOS1 and AOS2, I´m using the email batch for sending invoices to customers but when the user execute the process that send the emails in AOS1, the funcionality works fine, but when the user is working on AOS2 and execute the process to send the emails it does not working.

I checked that IP for these AOS are added on the SMTP relay. Somebody could help me ?

Have you configured ssrs configuration for AOS2?

Yes the SSRS is configurated for AOS2 and user can execute reports in this AOS2.

I suggest create a job to test sending email from ax client connected to aos2 using sysemailtable::sendemail() to test

Then run email distributor function from same client
