I have created a mail merge template that I am using for print Quotes. But each time I select my custom developed Organizational Mail Merger Template, I have to select Data Rows. By default, there are 62 data fields selected, most of which I don't need and missing many of the ones I need. I have to manually un-check the ones I don't need and check the ones I need before downloading the mail merge document.
Is there a way where I don't have to do it repeatedely? I just click on Print Quote for Customer ---> select the template ---> Click on Download and I am done.
Please advise.
