HI there,

when creating an email, there is always the block

© 2022 Microsoft Dynamics. All rights reserved.

{{msdyncrm_contentsettings.msdyncrm_addressmain}}

Where do I change this default one? I want to replace © 2022 Microsoft Dynamics. All rights reserved. with our company values.

Did not find it in the default content settings. Or is it the default and I have to change it in every mail?

Also when using templates it appears.

Thanks for your help!

    Hi Deniz,

    This functionality currently doesn’t exist in the product. Please suggest it to Ideas forum.

    Alternatively, already now: you can create a footer Content Block with your company values and use it in new emails.

    Best Regards,

    PM, D365 Marketing
