Question about the item ledger entries data from "Item Reclassification" transaction data

Hi Gurus,

I have a question about the item ledger entries data from the /Item Reclassification/.

I posted the /Item Reclassification/ for some items transfer from main warehouse's Bin location (/TEMP_1/) to disposal warehouse's Bin location (/DISPOSAL_1/) and there was no error message issued but if I have checked target item's inventory with /Bin contents/ then the main warehouse's Bin location has /Quantity/ value and the disposal warehouse's Bin location doesn't have value.

But if I have check the /Item availability by Location/ then found the disposal warehouse has Quantity value.

And also the /Item Ledger Entries/ data shown as /Open/ status and /Remaining Qty./ value has for /DISPOS_WH/ transfer in record. I am not sure this means not yet finished transfer in process for the /DISPOS_WH/. If I need more step for finished transfer in on /DISPOS_WH, Please let me know.

The question is why the main warehouse's Bin location data looks like not item transferred and if this transaction not correctly posted then I'd like to cancel this transaction. how I can cancel this transaction?

Hi Kaspars, Thank you for your comments.

As you mentioned the "Item Ledger Entries" records check needed to the "Item Reclassification" transaction, Yes, I can found related record which is I registered screen captured in my initial question but the problem is destination W/H location (DISPOS_WH) record show "Open" status and departure W/H location (HQ_WH) still has transfer required Qty. remained in "Bin Location". I'd like to cancel way for this transaction or How I can make the "Open" status to "Close" which is item reclassification transaction record on "Item Ledger Entries"?

Question about the item ledger entries data from "Item Reclassification" transaction data

Check Item Ledger Entries or Item Registers - if You see actual postings done by You from the Reclassification Journal. In Item Register the source code would be RECLASSJNL - so You can easily filter by this field/value to find the transaction.

If You find it - check what are the postings done in Item Ledger Entry.

If there are no register/transaction posted - then You would need to investigate what actually happened when You press Post.

Also a question - do You use the Advanced warehousing maybe on one of the locations?
